Job Description

Industrial sales of plastic resin. Representatives are expected to travel throughout the assigned territory in Mexico, Central and South America to Develop new plastic resin distribution accounts. 

Reps will be expected to maintain CRM profiles on all customers and potential or targeted business. Reps are responsible for growing their territory. Annual plans and performance goals are to be prepared and monitored on a quarterly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and selling the company’s portfolio of polymer resins
  • Maximize Polyolefins resin sales for all assigned existing and new accounts in Mexico, Central and South America.
  • You will be accountable for growing your sales volume revenue and margins
  • You will be expected to provide a good mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business environment to meet your sales goals
  • Develop and execute your marketing plan within your territory to meet client development and sales growth goals
  • Develop relationships with your clients, understanding their objectives and product needs
  •  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience in resin sales (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, polymer resin sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent English verbal, comprehension, and writing skills.
  • Proficient with G Suite programs and CRM programs
  • Ability to travel including some overnight trips.
  • Bilingual-Spanish (must)
